Phone System Maintenance Contracts

Martin Communications offers product maintenance and equipment servicing either on a support call basis or through a maintenance contract. Our services cover the ARK-LA-MISS area. With Martin Communications, having us service your equipment ensures that you will receive "Customer First" service by industry leading technicians.

Why Do I Need A Maintenance Contract?
Most manufacturers offer at least a 1 year warranty on products against defects or poor workmanship, and most business do not keep a technical person on staff. So when things go wrong what do you do? How about "outsourcing that responsibility? If communications is a big part of your business then having a maintenance contract on communication equipment is like having your own technical person on staff. When things go wrong or need adjusting, just make a call and we will be right out. Maintenance contracts cover everything from the labor and parts to travel time. Running a business can be stressful enough, so let us handle the technical side.

How much does it cost?
Maintenance contracts are setup on an individual customer basis with optional additions for voicemail systems and travel time. With a maintenance contract you are ensured that your phone system is never down for long and you will never have to pay for a new part when damage is experienced through normal use. Also, some technical assistance such as moves, adds, and changes are included.

Maintenance Contracts Summary

      Support: MCPlatinum

The most comprehensive service contract offered, the MCPlatinum Service Contract is a 24/7/365 package providing complete around-the-clock system coverage including cabinets, modules, cables, phones, voice mail ,other peripherals and a 2 hour response time .
 

      Support: MCGold

The MCGold Service Contract is a plan that provides 9/7/365 system coverage from 8 AM to 5 PM seven days a week including cabinets, modules, cables, phones, voice mail and other peripherals.

      Support: MCSilver

The MCSilver Service Contract is a plan that offers 9/5/260 system coverage from 8 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) including cabinets, modules, cables, phones, voice mail and other peripherals.

 
Maintenance contract features:

   4-hour Required Response Time
- For all major outages you're contract guarantees you a 4 hour response time so you're system can never be down for long.

   Free Equipment or Parts  Replacement
-  If your equipment experiences failure during normal use we will replace it and install it for free. Now your phone system can be fully insured.

   Priority Status - All contracted customers receive priority status for parts and services over non-contracted customer's. In addition, all service under a contract has a guaranteed response time. Your     system will always have guaranteed immediate support.

   Discounted Services - Contracted customers receive discounted rates for services not covered under a maintenance contract such as moves, adds and changes of new and existing equipment.

   Complete Coverage -  up to 24/7/365 Emergency Service
Technical assistance - via phone, email or online.

Authorized Repair Services

Martin Communications is an Authorized Dealer of ESI telecommunications products and services. As an Authorized Dealer, we can professionally inspect and remove faulty equipment without voiding a manufacturer's warranty. A maintenance contract will cover the labor service costs on top of the manufacturers warranty for the first year. Any extended service contract beyond this period will then continue to cover the labor service as well as the parts after the manufacturers warranty expires. If the parts are already over a year old, or were purchased from another provider, we can still provide a service contract to cover the cost of parts and labor.

After-Hours Emergency Support

Martin Communications is available for support 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our round the clock response commitment is designed to deal with customer needs during and after normal business hours. Even if you have problems with your system beyond your coverage times, our expertise and our technicians are still available to assist you. The response time for major system malfunctions is generally within two to four hours and the service is billed at a standard rate.
