1. Consent to Receive Messages
By providing your mobile number to Martin Communications, you consent to receive text messages related to:
- Account or service notifications 
- Scheduling confirmations and reminders 
- Support or maintenance updates 
- Promotional or marketing messages (only with prior express written consent) 
Message frequency may vary depending on your relationship with us.
You may opt out of promotional or non-essential texts at any time as described in Section 4.
2. Message & Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply to each text sent or received, as determined by your mobile carrier plan.
Martin Communications is not responsible for any carrier fees, delays, or service limitations.
3. Opt-In Methods
You may opt in to our SMS program by:
- Submitting your mobile number through website forms or service requests 
- Requesting SMS communication during phone support or ticket creation 
- Texting our main business number or replying to an initial confirmation message 
By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile device and that you are at least 18 years of age.
4. Opt-Out and Help
You can opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message.
After sending STOP, you will receive one confirmation text to verify your opt-out. No further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.

While we strive for reliable delivery, message transmission depends on your carrier’s network performance.
Martin Communications is not liable for delayed, failed, or undelivered messages caused by network issues, device limitations, or carrier outages.

We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Participation does not imply endorsement by these carriers. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Updates will be posted on our website with a new effective date. Your continued participation in the SMS program after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
